Photos: Joe Mettle Holds Successful 10th Annual Praiz Reloaded Experience

A nostalgic experience with God was seemingly left in the hearts of believers and patrons who amassed from all walks of life to celebrate Jesus at Joe Mettle‘s Praiz Reloaded Event last Sunday, June 27th.

The event-themed ”The Experience” hosted other spirit-filled gospel singers including Diana Hamilton, Jeshrun Okyere, Pastor Isaiah Fosu Kwakye, MOGmusic, and Simiane.

The brimful UPSA auditorium where the event happened experienced a holy spirit-filled atmosphere with powerful praise and worship ministrations from Joe mettle and his guest ministers. Indeed, it was a remarkable experience as over 3600 people were blessed.

The 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year expressed his gratitude for all the support regarding ” The Experience”. He took to his social media pages and wrote:

 

ABOUT THE PRAISE RELOADED

  • Praise Reloaded is the annual headline gospel music concert hosted by Joe Mettle. The event was first held in 2012 and has grown each successive year to become one of the biggest events in Ghana. Joe Mettle believes in the power of praise and worship and its ability to effect change in society – this forms the basis for the organization of the event.
  • 60% of the event audience is within the professional, self-employed and graduate brackets. 40% are also tertiary and high school students.
  • Previous editions have featured gospel musicians from Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, UK, and France. They include Danny Nettey, (late), Ntokozo Mbambo, Koda, Ohemaa Mercy, Akesse Brempong, Uncle Ato, Onos Ariyo, Cwesi Oteng, and Luigi Maclean.
  • Joe Mettle has recorded albums like; Sound of Praise, Wind of Revival, Encounter, and God of Miracles which feature his popular Bonooni song.
  • The 2012 edition was held at the Tesano Baptist Church and it moved to the Royal House Chapel in 2013. In 2014 it was held at the RRC Assemblies of God Church at Roman Ridge and was later moved to the CEM auditorium in 2015. 2016 saw the event move to Tema and was brought back to the Accra International Conference Centre in 2017. The 2018 edition was held at the Action Chapel, 2019 saw an amazing experience at the Perez Dome and the recent 2021 edition with the theme ‘ The Experience’ also happened at the UPSA auditorium.on June 27th.

Joe Mettle for the past years has been riding on the wave of success and grace with his ministry. He is recognized as Ghana’s biggest gospel music export and has blessed lives with several songs including Onwanwani, Bonooni, Amen featuring Ntokozo Mbambo, My Everything, and more. Ye Obua Mi (My Help ) which is the singer’s latest release is also not an exception.
